九、報告事項：99年度工作計畫及工作分配；
【九十九年 度工作計畫】
一、今年是本學會成立二十周年慶，學會籌劃出版『台灣關節鏡醫學回顧與展望；台灣關節鏡及膝關節醫學會二十周年誌慶』，收集內容主為各屆理事長任內的功績、國內各大醫院與醫學中心的發展與現況（台大醫院、榮總系統、三軍總醫院、長庚系統、國軍桃園總醫院、中國醫藥大學附設醫院、亞東紀念醫院、高雄醫學大學附設醫院、馬偕紀念醫院、成功大學附設醫院、國軍左營總醫院、中山醫學大學附設醫院、台北醫學大學系統…等）；目前收集內容不到50%，最後截稿日期定於 99年1月31日。請討論『刊名』『內容』。
二、四月十七日星期六：（第十屆第六次理監事聯席會議）春季醫學會定名為：

五、99年6月27日星期日，第七次理監事會議，慶祝學會成立二十周年高爾夫球敘。
六、九十九年度骨科醫學會與APOA and APKS（99/11/3至99/11/7）合辦，本學會亦將參與合辦。年度會員大會及第十一屆理監事選舉，同時舉行第十屆第八次理監事會議。請APKS大會主席楊俊佑說明。
